Song Joong Ki Had A Staycation With His Family At A S$11.5K-A-Night Villa
His brother also posted a video of SJK playing with his nephew that netizens are obsessed about.
The COVID-19 situation has all but ruined travel plans for the foreseeable future. For most people, that means that the only semblance of going on holiday will be a staycation. It's better than nothing, right?
And Korean actor Song Joong Ki did just that. His choice? The very high SES The South Cape Spa & Suite, which is located in Namhae, in the South Gyeongsang province.
The South Cape Spa & Suite reportedly boasts one of South Korea’s best golf courses as it comes with a panoramic view of the Namhae Ocean. The resort also comes with a hotel and private villas filled with designer furniture.

The villas, which reportedly cost up to 10mil won (S$11.5K) a night, are so exclusive that visitors are guaranteed privacy during their stay.
Which was probably the reason the publicity-shy Joong Ki picked the resort for his staycation with his family. Yup, it wasn't a romantic getaway for the actor. Instead it was a family trip that included his parents, older brother and his wife, younger sister, two nephews.

The actor also gifted his nephews with presents during their stay
Netizens were glad to see the actor spending his time off from work with his family. “There’s been so much negative news surrounding him since his divorce [from Song Hye Kyo]. It’s good to see him living like a normal person for once,” one netizen remarked.
There were also many netizens who swooned at the sight of the heartthrob pushing his nephew around in an electric toy car, though one particular follower made this rather killjoy comment: “I know it’s pointless saying this but I keep thinking about what a great father he would have been. What a pity…”

Filming for Joong Ki’s upcoming movie, Bogota, has been put on hold indefinitely as it has become impossible for the cast and crew to shoot overseas. He has been staying out of the public eye since his high profile divorce from his Descendants Of The Sun co-star Song Hye Kyo last June.
