Some Netizens Don't Think Nicholas Tse Can Actually Cook, Not That He Cares What They Think
They're saying he “doesn’t walk the talk”. Or is it "walk the wok".
These days Hongkong star Nicholas Tse is known more for his culinary skills than he is for his singing or acting.
The 39-year-old first made waves in the F&B world thanks to his 2014 cooking-travel show, Chef Nic, which kickstarted his bakery business, his own brand of kitchen equipment and two cookie lines.
In 2016, he was the first recipient of the Friend of Michelin, an award given to Michelin-star-worthy non-professional chefs. Despite his successes, there are some netizens who are still doubtful about his cooking abilities and they've thrown shade at him, saying that he “doesn’t walk the talk”.
