"Isn't That Rape?" Viewers Unhappy With HK Drama Plotline Where Sisley Choi’s Character Forces Herself On A Drunk Bosco Wong

Sisley Choi and Bosco Wong's pairing in new Shaw Brother's drama ICAC Attack has created drama on-and-off-screen.

Last week, netizens pointed out that Bosco, 42, appeared to be avoiding Sisley, 31, while promoting their previous collaboration Forensic Heroes V, leading to speculation that the actor has something against his leading lady. 

Now their characters in the drama have created controversy as well due to a distasteful plotline.

In the show, Sisley's character has a massive crush on Bosco, who plays her boss. 

Netizens have expressed their displeasure with Sisley's character, saying that her overt display of affection for Bosco makes her a "skank".

But what made netizens livid was one scene where Sisley's character has sex with a fuddled Bosco.

In said scene, Sisley, who was already dating Bosco at this point in the show, felt that her boyfriend was being too "cold" and "dense" when it come to love.

She then plotted with Bosco's mum (played by Eva Lai) to add passion into their relationship. 

And what did they do? They got Bosco drunk, and Sisley then forces herself onto him. 

The scene infuriated netizens, with many comparing the actions of Sisley's character to rape. 

"Isn't that rape?" asked one netizen, while another questioned the point of the scene.

"The two of them are already together, is there a need for this," wondered said netizen.
