Simon Yam Mistaken For Andy Lau In Malaysia

A crowd turned up to catch a glimpse of Simon Yam in Penang, when the Hong Kong was in the city to promote a brand of massage chairs he endorses.  

Dressed in a dark blue suit and sunglasses, Simon took the time to greet his fans as he made his way to the main stage.

However, someone in the crowd was heard clearly shouting for Andy Lau as Simon walked by.

Did the person truly mistake Simon for his The Goldfinger co-star or just hoping to get a reaction from the actor?

Instead of shooting an irritated look at the instigator, Simon was seen continuing on with a serene smile instead as he made his way through the crowd.

Or could it be he didn’t hear the mistake?

Netizens took to the comments section praising Simon for being the bigger person.

Then again, it isn’t such a bad thing to be mistaken for Andy Lau, right?
