Simon Yam Has Wealth Managers Handling His Assets, Which Includes Over 30 Properties Around The World

While there are no official figures to what the 65-year-old’s net worth is, he reportedly owns more than 30 properties around the world. His fellow celebs have also dubbed him the 'King of Property' for his shrewdness in acquiring real estate. The full list of his assets remains a secret, although Simon has confirmed that he has homes in Hongkong, London and Shanghai.

The actor shared: “One of the most important requirements I have when buying a property is that I have to like its location. I’m familiar with [the cities] I have homes in, so it’s less likely that I end up suffering losses in my investments.”

The savvy investor also revealed he has the help of wealth managers. “I don’t have a good knowledge of inheritance laws, especially since I have multiple types of investments all around the world. This group of professionals help me manage my personal wealth and making long-term plans for me and my family. They will also make preparations for inheritance matters for the future.”

Simon has not revealed how he intends to distribute his wealth, although industry insiders say that most of it will go to his wife Qiqi, and their only child, 15-year-old Ella Yam.
