Shu Qi and Stephen Fung are not your regular couple. The pair got married in September 2016 and while most couples would be happily flooding social media with lovey-dovey photos of each other for at least a year or two after their wedding (you know who you are), not these showbiz A-listers.
If you remember, the super low-key pair had a super low-key, super-secret wedding in the Czech Republic where they had invited fewer than 20 guests. Heck, the bride even wore an old H&M dress for her wedding gown. And the dress and suit they wore for the bridal shoot? Bought just two days before the shoot “from a roadside stall”.
So it’s no surprise, to the disappointment of their fans, that their penchant for being under the radar would continue well into their married life. It’s also why every time Shu Qi posts a photo of the two of them together, it becomes news. Or at least a call-to-action for everyone to take a screenshot of the pic.
