Shu Qi And Stephen Fung Reportedly Living In Ruby Lin’s S$3.5mil Home In Taipei Rent Free

When it comes to showbiz friendships, few stars are as close as actresses Ruby Lin and Shu Qi, who have been pals for over two decades.
In fact, they’re so close, Shu Qi and her husband Stephen Fung are staying at Ruby's Taipei home while they look for a place in Taipei.
According to a source, Ruby and her husband Wallace Huo recently moved into a TW$100mil (S$4.66mil) place in Taipei's West district. Ruby then offered her old apartment, which is located in the Songshan district, to Shu Qi and Stephen as they are stuck in Taiwan for the time being.
The market value of Ruby’s old place is estimated between TW$75mil to TW$105mil (S$3.5mil to $4.9 mil). Units at the development span 2,800 to 3,800 sq ft, and are valued at TW$27.7K (S$1290) per sq ft.
