Show Luo Books Out Ocean-View Hotel For Company Trip In Okinawa
The Taiwanese pop star is said to have spent NT$1mil (S$42,400) on the surprise trip for his 24 staffers.
Taiwanese pop star Show Luo might not have handed out fat bonuses like Taylor Swift, but we think recent news of the 44-year-old singer surprising his staffers with a company holiday to Okinawa is quite an impressive gesture too.
Show was spotted flying out from Hong Kong with a group of 24 people that included his 64-year-old mother, his longtime manager, Xiao Shuang, boyband C.T.O, who are signed to Show's management agency, and other staffers
The singer is said to have spent some NT$1mil (S$42,400) in renting out an entire ocean view hotel for three nights.
Sharp-eyed travellers at the airport also saw Xiao Shuang taking her kids along for the trip. Show happens to be their godfather.
Sources say that the trip had been in the works for a while now but came as a pleasant surprise as the singer went ahead to book the trip without telling anyone.
