Pic Of Shawn Yue Kissing 3-Year-Old Daughter On The Lips Makes Netizens “Uncomfortable”

Ever since Hong Kong actor Shawn Yue, 42, became a dad, netizens have got to see a more tender side to the star.

Alongside pics of streetwear and motorcycle rides with his bros on his socials, he would regularly share snippets of life with wife, Taiwanese model Sarah Wang, 35, and their two kids, Cody, six, and three-year-old Celest.

Well, at least until he decided to “tidy up” his social media space last year.

Recently, Shawn took to Xiao Hong Shu to post a snap of him kissing Celest on the lips, along with a heart emoji.

So sweet, right?

Well, many netizens didn’t think so and flooded the comments section expressing their disapproval.

Most said the "inappropriate" action made them feel “uncomfortable”, with one even commenting it gave a “pedophilic vibe” (seriously?!).

Some also felt kissing the lips was “unhygienic” ‘cos “adults have a lot of bacteria in their mouths”.

Still, there were several netizens who defended Shawn, saying “it’s very normal to kiss your own child” and he’s expressing “pure fatherly love”.

“I don’t know what’s in their minds! Kids are pure," wrote one netizen, while another said: “It’s not like she’s an 18-year-old girl. She’s just a little child.”
