Sally Yeh’s Favourite Pair Of Pearl Earrings Cost Only $2, Says It Was A Gift From A Friend
For the 62-year-old Cantopop diva, it’s the thought that counts and not the cost of the earrings.

Celebs are better known to be parading shiny and expensive jewllery when out in public, right?
For veteran Hong Kong singer Sally Yeh, it seems her choice of eardrops is a pair of pearl earrings that observers noticed to have been recycled for about four months now.
Here is the best part… They cost just 12 yuan (S$2)!

A netizen recently posted a picture of the singer at a stage play in Hong Kong on Sunday (Jan 7) surrounded by fans clamoring for snapshots with the silver-haired star.
Dressed in a tweed jacket, Sally was of course seen with the pearl earrings, and pairing them with a sparkly necklace and ring as she patiently posed for pictures.
Back in September last year, Sally revealed not only the price of the earrings but also mentioned that they were a gift from a friend.
We guess it’s not the price of the present but the thought that counts?
