“Is He Wearing A Garbage Bag As Pants?” Ron Ng’s Outfit Has Netizens Talking Trash

Hong Kong stars Ron Ng, 44, and Raymond Lam, 43, were recently spotted on the streets of Sheung Wan, getting their pictures taken for a magazine.

From the waist up, Ron looked good in a simple green tee and denim jacket. The problem with the outfit? His very baggy black pants.

Netizens didn’t hold back on what Ron’s pants reminded them of.

“He looks like he’s wearing a garbage bag,” read one popular comment, while others wondered if he was styled by a cleaner.

There also a handful who boldly spoke up for him.

“Those pants might look weird on a regular person, but they look super trendy on Ron,” read one such comment.

Rubbish or not?

Ron and Raymond became close friends after starring in 2004 TVB drama Twin of Brothers and fans have hoped for them to reunite onscreen again.

While that would have to wait, the dashing duo released a new song ‘You Qing Wei Wan’ (literal translation: 'Unfinished Friendship') yesterday (Oct 18).
