Roger Kwok Called “Rude” For Gleefully Pulling Down Moses Chan's Mask During Interview

When it comes to following COVID-19 safety protocols, no TVB artiste takes it more seriously than 51-year-old Moses Chan. Like, really

During the recent TVB Anniversary Programme Parade 2022, the actor was seen strictly adhering to the regulations and kept his mask on at all times.

Um, at least until his pal Roger Kwok, 57, decided to yank it off...

Yeap, mask on even on cam

During a backstage interview with TVB news show Scoop, Roger and Moses, who will both star in season two of hospital-themed drama Big White Duelwere asked about taking on more endorsements to make more money

Then out of the blue, Roger pulled Moses' mask down and asked: "Do you wish to shoot a mask commercial every day? How badly do you want to take on an endorsement for masks?"

The very COVID conscious Moses was obviously taken aback by Roger's sudden, um, attack and was left with no choice but to remove his mask.

"Okay okay, [I'll] let everyone have a look," he said hesitantly.

Roger, who was probably oblivious to how much he had unnerved Moses, then excitedly exclaimed: "Yay! I finally removed his mask!"

In case you forgot how Moses looks without his mask on too

After the clip was posted online, many netizens slammed Roger for being "rude", "immature" and "disrespectful" of Moses' feelings.

Many also accused Roger of turning a blind eye to news that Hongkong might get hit by a sixth wave.

At the same time, netizens praised Moses for keeping his cool despite his friend's uncalled for behaviour.
