Raymond Lam’s Wife Says She Wouldn't Ask For Any Of His Assets Should They Ever Divorce

“You can attack me all you want, and I have no problem with that,” he said. “But I’ll come after you if you attack my family and the people around me.”

And how did he deal with all that negativity surrounding his wife? “I made a dummy account on Weibo to scream at netizens who were criticising her,” he sheepishly admitted. “I’ve never been one to quibble over small things, but seeing her getting bashed on a daily basis was too much to bear.”

Raymond also added that he has no issue with Carina being a former lingerie model. “I don’t think that’s a stain on her reputation at all. I hope that netizens can look at that objectively and with the right mindset.”

In a separate interview, an emotional Carina also opened up about what she has gone through, saying: "[I can understand] why netizens say that [my husband] has bad taste, but seeing such comments makes me upset because I don’t want people saying that about him.”

She continued “I’ve always been worried that I’d affect his career negatively. I want people to know that I’ve never been interested in his money and I won’t ask for anything even if we do get divorced one day.”

Raymond’s dad is a real estate tycoon who is estimated to be worth at least HK$2bil (S$343mil), while Carina’s mother was once China’s ‘F&B queen’ and had at one point amassed a fortune worth “hundreds of billions of dollars”.
