On October 5, Hongkong actor Raymond Lam, 40, hogged the headlines when it was revealed that he had registered for a marriage license with his girlfriend, 29-year-old former lingerie model Carina Zhang.

Not to be outdone is Raymond's ex-girlfriend Hongkong actress Karena Ng, 25, who he dated for five years before breaking up in 2018. When news of Raymond's impending marriage first broke, there were many people who wondered if Karena, who was plagued with rumours of being a gold-digger whens he was dating Raymond, felt sore. After all, marrying Raymond, who is from a very wealthy family, would surely mean that she would live a life of luxury.

But we guess it didn't bother Karena, who is said to have reconciled with her former flame, billionaire Brian Shi, whose family the media are saying is even richer than Raymond's.
