Ray Lui & His Wife Say Their 20-Year-Old Cambridge Undergrad Son Has A Crush On Donnie Yen’s 17-Year-Old Daughter

Donnie, 58, also previously shared on variety show Roast! — where participants take turns to, well, roast each other — that Ray, 64, had told him about Sin Yeung’s crush on Jasmine.

The former’s response? “Ray, I never thought that you would see me as your in-law when I’ve been seeing you as a brother. How can we take charge of the next generation? We still have to go home and ask our wives!” (It sounds like a jab at how the two of them can’t agree on anything.)

Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of netizens don’t think Jasmine and Sin Yeung, who was studying in Cambridge before returning to Hongkong because of the pandemic, would make a good match — and it’s purely for a superficial reason.

While Jasmine is often lauded for her beauty and talents, Sin Yeung has been criticised by netizens, who say he “doesn’t have an outstanding appearance”.

Sadly, netizens being cruel to kids is nothing new and we just hope Sin Yeung doesn't get affected by all that negativity.
