It may not seem like it, but Taiwanese singer-actress Rainie Yang has already been in showbiz for two decades. In 2000, she made her showbiz debut as part of the girl group 4 In Love, which ultimately disbanded two years later due to dwindling public interest. By then, however, Rainie’s solo career was already soaring.
20 years later, Rainie is a massive star and is currently serving as a mentor on reality talent search Dancing Diamond 52, which pits 104 idol trainees against each other for a spot in the final eight-member girl group.
