Pace Wu’s Billionaire Boyfriend Reportedly Owes Landlord S$258K In Rent

Could the rumours of the family’s financial difficulties be true?

Pace Wu’s Billionaire Boyfriend Reportedly Owes Landlord S$258K In Rent

For the longest time, Taiwanese actress-turned-socialite Pace Wu’s billionaire boyfriend, Ji Xiaobo, has been the subject of rumours claiming that he is broke and owes his debtors a whopping 5.6bil yuan (S$1.1mil).

While Pace has vehemently rubbished those rumours — some say she threw a lavish TWD342mil (S$16mil) party to celebrate the birth of their fourth kid to prove naysayers wrong — it seems there can't be smoke without fire.

According to reports, a company that Xiaobo co-owns with his mother has been brought to court because it reportedly owes TWD5.4mil (S$258K) in rent. The landlord claims that Xiaobo has not paid rent for the month for three luxury houses along the swanky Shouson Hill Road in Hongkong.
