Veteran Korean actress Youn Yuh-Jung’s family have found themselves in the spotlight after the 73-year-old made history by becoming the first Korean to win an Oscar for acting on Monday (Apr 26).

Yuh-Jung clinched the Best Supporting Actress award for her performance as an eccentric grandmother in Minari.

First, netizens focused their attention on her ex-husband, singer-turned-painter Jo Young Nam, whom she divorced in 1987 after he was caught cheating on her. Now, Yuh-Jung’s youngest sister Youn Yeo-Soon has became a hot topic online.

Turns out, Yeo-Soon, 65, was the first female CEO of conglomerate LG Group.
