Old Man In China Easily Beats Young Bodybuilder In Arm Wrestling

A group of fitness enthusiasts recently gathered at a park in Jiangxi, China, to participate in a friendly arm wrestling match.

In a viral clip posted online, young men were seen taking turns to compete, with the winner staying on. Several shirtless bodybuilders took on the challenge, their arm muscles on display and all, but were all bested by a guy in a grey shirt.

Just as we’d thought the grey shirt man simply couldn’t be beaten, an elderly man in a blue polo tee stepped out from the crowd. 

The elderly man looked steady as rock even as his younger opponent appeared to use all his strength, the veins in his neck popping, and his face turning a shade of tomato red.

Onlookers erupted into cheers as the older man easily forced the bodybuilder's hand down. He then casually walked away, as though his victory was no big feat.

People of the internet, us included, were all in awe of the elderly man’s strength.

“His strength was built from all the work he had done from over the years!” wrote one netizen, while others dubbed him “the King of forearm strength”.

So when you hear someone saying “My grandfather is stronger than you”, this is probably the grandfather they’re referring to.
