The actor was seen on camera clutching his chest in pain.

Hongkong actor Ng Man Tat has once again sparked concern for his health after he appeared to have suffered a heart attack during a photoshoot.
The 69-year-old was rumoured to have suffered a heart attack after a video of him clutching his chest in pain made the rounds online.
According to Chinese media, the incident happened during a shoot for a promotional poster for his new movie The Legend of Shaolin Temple last month.
At first, Man Tat seemed fine while striking a pose for the camera. Then, all of the sudden, he grimaced in pain before bending over and clutching his chest.
On seeing this, the crew rushed to his side and helped a pale Man Tat to a seat.
After his condition stablised, he apologised to the crew and despite being in discomfort, he chose to continue with the shoot, saying: “It’s no use whether I rest two minutes or 10 minutes. Don’t stop.”
