New Photo Of Patrick Tse On His 84th Birthday Reignites Speculation About His Health

Former matinee idol Patrick Tse has been in the public eye for a long, long time. 60 years, to be exact. He's known not just for his illustrious acting career but also his torrid love affairs and for being dad to Nicholas Tse and Jennifer Tse. In recent years however, reports have largely focused on the 84-year-old’s relationship with his Shanghai model girlfriend, who’s 49 years his junior.

Last year, Patrick was the subject of a vicious fake report, claiming that he had suffered a stroke and passed away. Although Patrick quickly shot down the rumours, netizens couldn’t help but notice that the usually spry and toned Patrick looked noticeably thinner in his newer photos.

On August 16, Hongkong actor-producer Gordon Lam posted this picture taken with Patrick, who's affectionately known as Sei Gor, or 'Fourth Brother' in Cantonese, on Facebook.

According to reports, Patrick had come out of retirement in 2019 to appear in upcoming movie, To Kill The Dusk, which Gordon had produced.
