Take Hong Kong star Rain Li, 38, for example. Rain, who has been based in China since 2011, now seems to be living her best life. She often takes to her social media to post pics of herself working out, skateboarding, and well, looking pretty.

The actress split with businessman Eric Huang in 2020, after less than two years of marriage. They were said to have drifted apart after living in different cities during the pandemic, and amicably decided to go their separate ways.

Rain also posts pics of her OOTDs, where she can be seen decked out in tank tops, hot shorts and other trendy street-style pieces.

Many have noticed that Rain has gotten fairer and her features more defined, with her chin looking sharper and nose bridge higher than before.

While some say she looks “mixed-race” now, others joke that they "can't recognise her now”.

One netizen even thought Rain was Fiona Sit, who also made headlines earlier this year for looking vastly different from before.
