The TVB Anniversary Awards is one of the most anticipated award shows in Hongkong and last year’s ceremony, originally slated to be held in December, was postponed to last Sunday (Jan 12) because of the Hongkong protests. Sadly, netizens who tuned in were disappointed by the event which they said is “getting worse every year”.
