Netizens Are Obsessed Over TVB Actor Lai Lok Yi’s Apartment, Which Is Reportedly Worth S$18mil

When TVB actor Lai Lok Yi, 40, tied the knot with former Miss Hongkong contestant Nicole Lee, 37, in 2014, the media largely focused on the large financial disparities between the couple since Nicole hails from a really wealthy family. Many accused the B-list actor of "living off Nicole", and it didn’t help that Lok Yi was photographed driving Nicole around in her car when news of their relationship was first made known. Nicole’s family also reportedly gifted the couple a HK$40mil (S$7mil) mansion as a wedding gift.

Six years on, Lok Yi is thriving in TVB, and the entrepreneurial star has also started a number of businesses. Apart from investing in a car repair workshop with his brothers, Lok Yi also opened his own dessert brand, Yi Shop, selling traditional Chinese cakes.

Some of them pointed out that the actor’s home looked super spacious, with a huge balcony, and a rooftop garden that’s large enough to house a lemon tree and various other plants.
