Netizens Are Convinced Daniel Wu’s 7-Year-Old Daughter Is Going To Be A Model Just Like Her Mum
Genes don’t lie.
Chinese-American actor Daniel Wu has said in interviews that he prioritises family over work, preferring to spend time with seven-year-old daughter Raven, and wife, model-actress Lisa S.
With the NBA playoffs starting this week, Daniel showed his excitement for basketball season by sharing videos of him throwing his daughter up into the air and into the pool like how you would with a, um, basketball. Rather than focus on his basketball enthusiasm, however, netizens were struck by how much Raven has blossomed since they last saw her about a year ago.

Many of them raved about Raven and hope to see her her debut as a model when she grows up.
“Look at her legs! What seven-year-old has such long legs?” one netizen marvelled (hopefully not inappropriately). Another agreed, adding: “She hasn’t even hit puberty but already has the makings of a model. She definitely inherited her mum’s genes!”
Daniel and Lisa rarely post photos of Raven on their respective social media platforms, and Daniel has also mentioned that he’s “not entirely sure” that Raven knows that her dad is a celeb. When asked about her dad’s profession, she would only say that he is “working to pay for [my] college [tuition in the future].”

The couple dated for eight years before tying the knot in 2010 in an intimate ceremony in South Africa. The 45-year-old actor was quoted in an interview last December saying they did not plan to have another child because having one at this point in his life would mean that he would be “unable to do a lot of things together” with the kid.
