Well now, it looks like someone clearly didn’t know — or doesn’t care — about the time Na Ying, 53, allegedly kicked a fan who was filming her without permission.
If they did, we wouldn’t have gotten this ‘brave’ shot of the Chinese pop diva shopping at a famous department store in London with her 14-year-old daughter Meng Xiaotong.

The woman in white is said to be Na Ying, and her daughter’s on the far left
Recently, a netizen shared that they had spotted Na Ying and Xiaotong at a designer boutique in Harrods, and posted a clandestinely shot clip of the encounter.
In the video, the woman who’s said to be Na Ying — although it’s hard to confirm if it’s really her as her back is facing the camera — is dressed casually in a white hoodie, black trousers, and sneakers, while Xiaotong is seen standing at one side looking like a typical bored teenager waiting for mummy to be done with her stuff.

We’ve all been there
The woman standing on Na Ying’s left is believed to be her manager-slash-sister Na Xin, who remained silent along with Xiaotong as the star spoke to the boutique staff.
According to the netizen who ran into them, Na Ying was talking in a “very loud” and “recognisable” voice that allowed them to identify her immediately.
The netizen also claimed that Na Ying’s behaviour towards her daughter was “a bit fierce”, although they didn’t go into detail about this, such as what exactly was said or done to Xiaotong and why. (Or Na Ying’s probably just always a very strict parent.)

Na Ying is known for her, um, feisty personality
Other netizens took the opportunity to poke fun at Na Ying after seeing the vid, ridiculing her for bringing her “overwhelming” personality with her everywhere she goes and jokingly (or not?) telling the author of the post to “be careful or she’ll come up and give you a kick”, to which they quipped back: “I was scared.”
Of course, there were also those who noticed Xiaotong’s good looks (even though she was wearing a mask), pointing out her “pretty and delicate features”, “long legs”, and the fact that she’s already around the same height as her 1.68m-tall mum.
Xiaotong is Na Ying’s only child with her current husband, businessman Meng Tong, whom she married in 2006. Na Ying also has a 17-year-old son from her previous marriage to Chinese footballer Gao Feng.
It’s said that the half-siblings get along very well and often travel to London with their mother as she owns real estate there.
