Hongkong media are now saying that TVB actress Natalie Tong, 40, is dating her The Righteous Fists co-star Philip Ng, 44, because of two rather innocuous interactions between the actors.

How did this evolve into a dating rumour?
Both Natalie and Philip were recently at an event to promote their drama The Righteous Fists.
The event, which happened to fall on Valentine’s Day, featured a segment where Natalie was asked to touch Philip’s chest. For some reason, the Hongkong press took her willingness to play along as a sign that she and Philip are more than just friends.
Natalie was also seen picking Philip up from TVB City in her car. According to reports, she dropped him off at the nearest MTR station after she realised that they were being followed by the paparazzi.

Natalie has since rubbished the rumours, saying: “[Philip] took very good care of me when we were filming action scenes so I was just returning the favour this time when we were promoting the show. Now that we’re done with promos, the debt is cleared too (…) We filmed the drama two years ago, so don’t you think that the dating rumour is a little too late?”
