M’sian Singer Namewee Gets Internet Guessing After He Scolds A Male Singer For Having Sex With His “Very Young” Friend Without Protection

Speculations are rife after controversial Malaysian singer Namewee, 39, revealed on Instagram Stories yesterday (Jan 15) that a well-known male singer had sex with his friend without using protection.

In his post, he wrote: "You forced yourself on a little sister (my friend) and did not wear a condom… If you are caught by your motherland, be prepared to pack your bags and be roommates with the toothpick. When the time comes, we’ll see if you still love your motherland.”

He also criticised the singer in Cantonese for selling out his birth place for money, before ending with the hashtag: "It's not that I don't want to report [you], the time has not come."

That was not the end of it.

This morning, Namewee went on another tirade, saying: “It’s very normal for guys to itch [to have sex] but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to not wear a condom… What if she gets pregnant? She is still very young. She thought she could meet her idol up close, but in the end, you removed her pants... you did not prepare any protection then after two minutes, you pulled up your pants and ran out of the room saying you were afraid of being seen.

“Is it so difficult to carry a condom in your wallet? … Is it so difficult to earn money standing up and not be a dog? Aren’t you very familiar with Thailand? You make so much money, please book a doctor and get fillers for your [privates], perhaps it will help.”

Though Namewee did not mention any names, netizens think the “toothpick” refers to 32-year-old Chinese-Canadian singer Kris Wu. The disgraced star had his privates likened to a toothpick by Chinese influencer Du Meizhu, who also accused him of date-raping her.

The former K-pop idol was sentenced to 13 years in jail after being found guilty of rape.

As for the identity of the singer Namewee was referring to, netizens speculate that he is a Hongkonger, thanks to hints like Namewee's use of the word “motherland”.

The post also implied that the accused knows Cantonese and is developing his career in China.

The name that pops up most in the comments following Namewee's tirade is Hong Kong star Jackson Wang. 

The 28-year-old also recently sparked controversy when he got down on both knees to say thank fans in Thailand.
