Myolie Wu Celebrates 7th Wedding Anniversary, Says The Years Flew By ‘Cos She’s Happy

Hong Kong actress Myolie Wu, 43, marked her seventh wedding anniversary with a sweet Instagram post on December 29. In her caption, Myolie mused how the years had flown by ‘cos she’s just so happy that she didn’t even register the passing of time.

She went on to joke that the only thing that changed is that her husband’s "a little fatter” now.

Myolie married businessman Philip Lee in December 2015 after going public with their relationship in January that year. According to Myolie, it was love at first sight for her, and that he proposed to her just three months into their relationship.

She previously shared that after they first met, Philip would text her all the time, and would share more about his plans for the future.

“When we first started [dating], he asked me if I wanted kids,” she said, adding that she knew after hearing his questions that he was ready to settle down with her.

Myolie famously dated fellow actor Bosco Wong, 42, for eight years, before breaking up in 2012.

Myolie and Philip now have three sons together — Brendan, five, Ryan, three, and Liam, one, and are as in love as ever.

In a previous interview, Myolie shared she can tell her husband’s love for her in the little things he does for her, like making sure to stand on the side of the pavement that’s closer to the traffic.

She also recounted an incident where she’d gone to bed with wet hair after a long day of work, only for Philip to end up nagging at her for doing so, while drying her hair for her at the same time.

More recently, Myolie posted a huge clap back at salty netizens who attempted to insult Philip by calling him the “King of Kept Men” and accusing him of “only knowing how to have fun with the children” while Myolie has to keep “working in China before and after giving birth”.

Philip also marked their seventh wedding anniversary on Instagram, writing in English: "Happy 7th anniversary Mrs Lee. It’s our copper or wool anniversary. I don’t mind which one you choose because it should be affordable. By the way if you don’t recognise the skinny bloke in the pic, it’s me, your husband.”

Well, looks like he definitely noticed Myolie's little joke on her Instagram.
