Moses Chan Calls His Wife Aimee Chan His “Queen”, Says He’s Making A Special Coffee Blend For Her
Now that’s a pick-me-up.

Hongkong actor Moses Chan’s love for coffee is pretty well known, with the 49-year-old once hosting the lifestyle-travel show, Coffee Confidential, where he earned the nickname “Coffee Prince”.
In 2016, the actor started his own coffee roastery, Blooms Roastery ~ Craft Tea, selling single-origin coffee and coffee blends and tea online. After testing the market’s response with a pop-up store, the actor began preparing for a brick-and-mortar cafe.

Moses takes his coffee seriously
Last year, he finally opened his first cafe, ‘Blooms Coffee’ in Tsim Sha Tsui’s K11 MUSEA mall.
Like many other businesses, Moses admitted that sales were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, they managed to pull through, without requiring his staff to go on no-pay leave, or reducing their staff benefits.

Business is on the up and up for Moses
Recently, it was reported that the cafe’s offerings had won over the bosses of an insurance company, who invited Moses to set up a boutique coffee counter in their Tsim Sha Tsui building. The building reportedly boasts a gorgeous sea view, allowing his customers to be able savour their drinks while taking in the view.
“My coffee brand’s [motto] is to be daring and innovative, to strive to allow our customers to taste the different possibilities [and] truly experience the wonderful days [ahead of them],” Moses said, adding that allowing his customers to taste the different blends he came up with is his greatest joy in life.

Fancy a cuppa or two?
When the topic turned to his wife of seven years, actress Aimee Chan, Moses lit up. He immediately answered in the affirmative when asked if he’d ever come up with a coffee blend for her.
“Aimee! She’s my queen! I’ll definitely come up with a special coffee blend for her, and I’ll let everyone know that her coffee will definitely be one of a kind!” he said.
