Mike He Shares Photo Of “Super Painful” Ankle Injury Caused By Shoe Spike; Says He “Can’t Stop” The Bleeding

Taiwanese variety show All Star Sports Day has also been a hit with viewers ever since it made its debut in 2020, and the programme’s third season is currently on air.
One of the team captains, Taiwanese actor Mike He, has been receiving a lot of praise for his performance, but it looks like things may have gotten a little intense during one of the games.

On Monday (Feb 28), the 38-year-old took to Instagram to share some rather graphic shots of a very painful-looking ankle injury.
“Do you know what it feels like to have a shoe spike knock into your ankle bone and puncture your flesh? One word, super painful,” he wrote (actually, it was three words in Chinese, but that’s not the point). “And it seems like this area has a lot of capillaries ‘cos I can’t stop the bleeding!”

The video that Mike posted shows bright red blood oozing out of his wound, although fortunately, it looks like he didn’t need anything more than a Band-Aid, judging from the clear imprint of a plaster.
Since he mentioned that the injury was caused by a shoe spike, which is commonly found on the bottom of athletic footwear, it’s believed that the accident happened while he was filming or practising for All Star Sports Day.
Many of his fans, friends, and teammates quickly left comments expressing their concern and wishing him a speedy recovery, with some also reminding him to seek medical attention as soon as possible in case the wound is much worse than it looks.
