Michelle Chen spotted out and about in Taipei
The actress gave birth to her first child in December last year
Taiwanese actress Michelle Chen, who gave birth to her first child, nicknamed “Little Star (Xiao Xing Xing)” in December last year, put her career on hold to recuperate from her pregnancy and focus on caring for her newborn. Since then, sightings of the 33-year-old have been far and few in between.
Recently, Michelle was spotted leaving her old house and walking to a weight management clinic nearby. Two hours later, she left the shop, and purchased a drink and some snacks, before returning to her new house in East Nanjing road.
The new mother has been taking care of her son by herself as her husband, Chinese actor Chen Xiao is busy filming a period drama series, titled That Year The Flowers Bloomed, The Moon Was Full (unofficial translation), in Shandong, China.
Michelle tied the knot with Chen Xiao, after dating for seven months, in July last year, on the actor’s birthday and announced that she was three months pregnant. The pair first met while filming Chinese drama The Romance of the Condor Heroes in 2014.
