Mario Ho Urges Chinese Harvard Students To Return To China To Work After Graduation: "I'm Totally Biased Here"

Recently, Mario Ho, the son of late Casino King Stanley Ho, was invited to attend a Chinese forum speech at Harvard University.
The 30-year-old owns e-sports company Jingweiwu Group, and is the Chairman and co-CEO of NIP Group, making him the youngest founder of a Nasdaq-listed company in Asia.
During the forum, Mario was asked if Chinese students studying in the United States should return to China or stay in the States to pursue a career after graduation.
The Massachusetts Institute of Technology alum replied with conviction that these foreign students should all return home.
Mario shared that he had offers to stay in the US back then and firmly believed that having received the best education in the US would have set him up well there.
"But in reality, I chose to go back to China," recalled the known math genius.
"My suggestion is that you should all go back to China. I'm totally biased here because you guys are some of the smartest, most intelligent people our nation has produced," he said.
Mario went on to give a "logical and fair" explanation, asserting that his choice was based on one factor: Resources.
"From a business perspective, if you graduate here and wish to use your own resources to become an entrepreneur, you're starting from zero," explained Mario.
"But I believe you have a bunch of uncles and aunties in China, wouldn't that make things so much easier? There's no extra pride in saying that I stayed and worked in the US," he added.
Mario then urged the students to return home and leverage on the resources built by themselves, their families and friends, instead of letting them go to waste.
"Build something successful, then ring the bell here. There's no difference in [the] pride [you feel]," he asserted.
