Mainland Chinese Women Locked 1-Year-Old Toddler In Airplane Toilet ‘Cos She Could Not Stop Crying
That is illegal, right?
Whether you have children or not, no one likes to hear a kid having a meltdown while on a flight.
However, it seems that two female passengers on a recent Juneyao Airlines flight from Guiyang to Shanghai went the extra mile to ensure they had a more comfortable flight.
According to reports, they forcibly took a crying one-year-old toddler from her grandmother and locked themselves in the lavatory.
Is this what they call giving in to one’s intrusive thoughts?
It is unsure how long the kid had been crying though the flight was only an hour and 35 minutes long.
Interestingly, they recorded the whole process on their phone.
In the video, one of the women was seen gently telling the rugrat that she would be released and returned to her grandmother should she stop crying.
The other was heard roughly scolding the kid as she wailed.
The toddler eventually quietened down and was let out to be reunited with her grandmother.
We wonder what the grandmother thought of her grandkid going through this traumatic experience.
In a somewhat silly move, one of the women even proudly uploaded the entire incident online thinking their ‘good deed’ should be shared with the world.
However, netizens were not impressed with many commenting that the women’s behaviour was too extreme.
Some even wrote to Juneyao Airlines to act against the women and even questioned what their crew was doing while this happened.
The airlines have since come out to say they are investigating the matter internally.
It also seems that a report has been made to the Guizhou city police who says they are working on the case.
