Li Ronghao and Rainie Yang Reunite After 228 Days Apart… Through A Virtual Duet
Rainie got teary just looking at Ronghao on screen at her concert.
Taiwanese singer Rainie Yang’s separation from her Chinese singer husband, Li Ronghao, due to the COVID-19 pandemic has been well-documented. Due to the duo’s packed schedules in their respective place of residence, the star couple has been unable to meet for a very long time. Eight months, or 228 days, to be exact.
After all, going through multiple 14-day quarantines just to see your other half isn’t something many can afford to do. (Well, unless you’re Taiwanese singer Vivian Hsu and her Singapore-based businessman husband.)
So, Rainie and Ronghao are pretty much relegated to spending their first year as a married couple apart from each other.
