Can Leehom’s life get any more perfect? The pop star revealed at his Beijing concert last night (Apr 13) that he’s going to be a father again. And this time he’s having a boy. After showing a clip of little boy running on a beach, an ecstatic Leehom told the audience, “I shot that video for my son who will be arriving this summer.” No prizes for guessing correctly how the crowd reacted to that exclusive piece of news.
Soon-to-be party of five
Leehom, 41, and his wife Lee Jinglei, 31 have been married for five years and they have two daughters, Jiali, three, and Jiana, one.
Or maybe he's just really gentlemanly?
Rumours that Leehom’s wife is pregnant again were sparked when this photo of the singer helping Jinglei down a flight of steps backstage at his concert found its way onto the internet.
Now that's a dad bod we want
Leehom and his wife have been PDA-ing a lot on social media lately. Just last week, he posted this shirtless photo of himself standing in front of Jinglei, who seemed more interested in what’s on her cellphone. “How much more do I have to work out for my wife to notice me?” he wrote. Apparently, a lot more, dude.
Weighing in
Jinglei also uploaded onto Weibo a clip of Leehom getting ready in their bathroom. At one point, a bathrobe-clad Leehom stepped on his weighing machine to weigh himself. His weight? 72kg.
The marrying kind
In 2013, Leehom shocked everyone when he revealed on social media that was getting married to Jinglei, who was then a 27-year-old graduate student in Columbia University. “I’m lucky to have met a girl to hold hands with and share my future. She’s not in the entertainment business so you don’t know her, but I also don’t want to create the opportunity for rumors so… her name is Lee Jinglei,” he wrote.
