Kim Tae Hee Reportedly Made S$8.4mil From Selling Her Gangnam Building
The actress is said to be such a successful real estate investor, she started a property rental firm to manage the businesses that rent spaces from her.

Last October, power K-couple (kouple?) Rain and Kim Tae Hee became known as the richest Korean celeb real estate moguls after it was revealed that they reportedly own a combined 81.4bil won (S$98mil) worth of property.
Tae Hee, 41, is said to own so many buildings, she started a property rental firm to manage the businesses that rent spaces from her.
This week, the actress proved just how savvy of an investor she is with the sale of a building in Gangnam, Seoul.
According to reports, Tae Hee bought the building in June 2014 for 13.2bil won (S$15.6mil), and sold it in March 25 for 20.3bil won (S$24mil).
