Kenny Bee’s 17-Year-Old Daughter To Study Film In The UK, Got Accepted Into 3 Top Universities There
She has plans to Bee in the movie business, we guess.
Just a day after we reported that Zhang Yimou’s 18-year-old son was accepted into seven universities, including Yale, another celeb kid is doing her famous parents proud.
Hongkong singer-actor Kenny Bee’s wife Fan Jiang, 57, revealed on Instagram that their 17-year-old daughter Blythe has been accepted by three top UK universities: King’s College London, University of Manchester, and the London Film Academy.

According to the screenshots Fan Jiang shared, Blythe would be majoring in either film studies or filmmaking. Fan Jiang shared these screenshots of the acceptance letters that Blythe got.
In other words, she’s planning for a career in showbusiness like her 69-year-old dad.
The Bees are clearly overjoyed with the good news — one pic shows Blythe crying what we assume to be tears of happiness. Fan Jiang’s caption also brims with pride, albeit in a bittersweet way.
“Very happy. Very contented. Very reluctant [to part with you],” she wrote in Chinese, before adding in English “You make us so proud Blythe. You deserve it.”
And like every self-respecting boomer parent who has discovered the joys of emojis, she added three party popper emojis for effect.

It's no surprise that Blythe is going into showbusiness. She has appeared on variety shows with her dad and has sung with him on stage during his concerts. She’s also shown keen interest in filmmaking, hence her choice in majors.
Kenny has two daughters, Blythe and Eloise, 12, with Fan Jiang, who was his assistant. He has two other kids, Nicholas, 32, and Chloe, 27, from his previous marriage to controversial socialite-turned-actress Teresa Cheung.
