Kenneth Mah & Roxanne Tong Throw Hush-Hush HK Wedding

Less than a month after their star-studded wedding in Ko Samui, TVB stars Kenneth Ma, 49, and Roxanne Tong, 36, threw another soiree to celebrate their union with friends and family in Hong Kong.

The intimate party was held at the chi-chi Peninsula Hotel last Friday (Jan 12).

According to snaps from the party, the luncheon was held at the hotel’s Garden Suite, which was decorated with romantic-looking blooms.

The wedding cake was a blush three-tier confection featuring the couple’s initials R&K as well as figurines of the unicorn and horse plushies, which their Instagram followers will recognise are their profile pics.

The two animals carry a special meaning for the couple. Roxanne has long said that the unicorn is her spirit animal, while Kenneth’s Chinese surname, ‘Ma’, means horse.

They featured the soft toys on their socials when they went public with their relationship, announced their engagement and even in their pre-wedding photo shoot.

Now that the weddings are done and dusted, Roxanne is ready to start a family.

However, instead of getting Kenneth to cut back on his workload, she has urged him to work harder.

“When we have children in the future, it will cost a lot of money. There are plans to buy a house [so ] now we need to work hard, save money. I have also become thriftier after getting married. I used to buy things I liked immediately, but now I will consider for three or four days,” shared Roxanne.
