Kelly Poon Saved At Least S$14K By Planning Her Own Wedding Banquet

Back in February, local singer Kelly Poon surprised everyone when she shared a photo of herself sporting a massive rock on her ring finger. The 37-year-old later confirmed that she and Taiwanese music producer Roger Yo had registered their marriage after only months of very low-key dating (even their own friends didn’t know they were together).

If she could have had her way, though, the public would only have found out about their relationship last Friday (Nov 20), which is when they finally held their wedding banquet. Kelly previously told 8days.sg that she originally intended to keep her marriage a secret until the actual ceremony, but she decided to release the news in advance after getting photographed at the ROM.
