Kara Wai’s Team Robbed During Traffic Jam In Paris; Robber Smashes Car Window And Grabs Their Bag

Imagine being stuck in traffic and someone suddenly smashes your car window. It sounds like something out of an action movie, but that was exactly what Kara Wai’s team recently experienced.

The 66-year-old Hong Kong actress recently took to Weibo to share details of the harrowing incident which took place in France.

“Oh my god!!!! Our friends were stuck in traffic while driving from Paris Airport to the city. While waiting, someone smashed the car window and snatched their bag!!!” Kara wrote.

The actress, however, did not reveal whether she was in the car when the incident occurred.

“Just a reminder to everyone travelling during the National Day holiday: please, please stay safe!” she wrote.

The incident also prompted Kara to seek advice from the driver on how to avoid falling victim to a similar incident.

“For those of you in Paris, try not to carry expensive bags when you’re out. When you’re in a car, keep your bag hidden or place it under the seat, somewhere it won’t be easily visible,” she advised.

“We hope everyone has a wonderful time travelling and, most importantly, gets home safe and sound!” she added.
