Joe Ma Knows Just How To React If He Were To Catch His 23-Year-Old Son Watching Porn
Parents, what would you do?
Hongkong actor Joe Ma's 23-year-old son, Zai Xiang, made a flashy showbiz debut last year, landing a commercial shoot with his 53-year-old dad.
And now, Joe and Zai Xiang are starring in a TVB drama, The Kwoks And What.
However, since Zai Xiang is playing the younger version of Joe’s character, the two do not have any scenes together. But they recently appeared on TVB’s online variety show See See TVB, giving viewers a chance to see their on-screen chemistry.
Well, Zai Xiang is literally Joe Junior, so....
In the interview, Joe was full of praise for the producer of The Kwoks And What.
He said the move to cast Zai Xiang as his younger self was a stroke of genius, since there is no one else who resembles and understands him more than his son.
Joe also said he made sure to share some acting tips with Zai Xiang, so that he can better portray his role.
What would Joe do?
During the show, they also played a game of truth or dare, with Zai Xiang asking this very saucy question.
“If you caught me watching porn at home, what would you do?” Zai Xiang asked.
Unlike Indonesian singer Yuni Shara, who previously made the news for claiming (and then denying) that she’ll sit down to continue watching the porn with her sons, Joe replied: “I’ll pretend I didn’t see anything! Pretend that I don’t know! Parents usually act like that, right! They’ll just: ‘Hey! It’s time for dinner…’ and then quickly shut the room door.”
A solid response indeed.
