“Is That Really Jimmy Lin?” Star Looks “Unrecognisable” A Year After Car Crash

The 48-year-old sustained multiple injuries, including facial fractures, when his Tesla crashed into a road barrier last year.

Taiwanese singer-actor Jimmy Lin recently made an appearance at an event promoting kitchen appliances.

The 48-year-old took a seven month break from work after getting into a car accident in July 2022.

According to reports, the singer’s Tesla collided with a road barrier and caught fire. Jimmy sustained multiple injuries, including facial fractures. Jimmy’s son, Jenson, was in the car too, but managed to escape unscathed.

Jimmy has since recovered but some netizens feels he’s now "virtually unrecognisable".

While Jimmy looked perfectly fine in the official photos he shared on Weibo, many netizens were confused after seeing this pic that appeared to have been taken while Jimmy was getting his make-up done.

Jimmy, is that you?

One even asked if disbelief if it was “really Jimmy Lin” who turned up that day.
