Every now and then, there will be news claiming that Chinese action superstar Jet Li, 60, has died.
Thankfully, the actor is able to see the funny in those awful rumours.
At a recent event in Taiwan, Jet got the crowd bursting into laughter when he greeted everyone with: "I'm not dead yet".
"There are still rumours in China saying that I've died. It's been 10 years," he added.
While those death hoaxes no longer surprise him, he's shocked that many people still fall for them time and again.
"Some people wish it's true. Some say: 'He's still not dead yet? After so many times he's still not actually dead', but some tell me: 'Please don't die'," chuckled Jet.
We get why netizens are so concerned about Jet though.
In 2013, the actor did reveal that he was suffering from a myriad of health problems, including hyperthyroidism, a heart condition, and spinal problems from his many years of physically-demanding film work and on-set injuries.
A few years back, there were also shocking images of Jet looking extremely frail, sparking rumours that the actor was unwell.
