Jay Chou Lashed Out At Netflix Taiwan For Not Giving His Show, J-Style Trip, Enough Publicity
The streaming giant has since responded to the pop king's rants.
Nobody puts Mandopop king Jay Chou in a corner.
In case you don't know, Jay has teamed up with Netflix to create J-Style Trip, a completely unscripted travel series where the 41-year-old superstar traipses around the globe with his buddies and celebrity pals, like JJ Lin and Jam Hsiao. The 12-part travelogue premiered on March 21, with new episodes added weekly.
But as much of a success J-Style Trip is — trust us when we say the show is a total riot and an absolute joy to watch when you're stuck at home — there's something Jay is really unhappy about.
Yesterday (Apr 3), Jay took to IG Stories to lash out at Netflix Taiwan for the lack of publicity the streaming giant has given his show.
