Japanese Heartthrob Ryoma Takeuchi Apologises For Following Porn Account On Twitter; Says He's Not Sure If He Did It "By Mistake"

Is Japanese heartthrob Ryoma Takeuchi the “Nation's Boyfriend" no more?

Recently, the actor, who's best known for his role as Shinnosuke Tomariin in tokusatsu drama Kamen Rider Drive, was called out for following a porn account on Twitter.

He says he's investigating the issue

According to reports, the porn account is owned by a voyeur who regularly uploads sex videos of girls.

He had posted a screenshot showing that Ryoma's official Twitter account, which has more than 1.7mil followers, is following him.

“Oh, how come? Laughs,” he tweeted with glee.

However, an hour-and-a-half later, the man posted an update, writing: "[Sad news] I've been unfollowed by Ryoma."

Ryoma has since taken to his Twitter to respond to the matter.

"I don't know if my account was hijacked or I tapped follow by mistake, but I'm investigating the case. Either way, I'm sorry to shock all the fans and I'll be careful. I'm too embarrassed lol," he said.
