Jackson Wang Sparks Controversy When He Gets Down On Both Knees To Thank Fans In Thailand Carpark

If you want someone to know how grateful you are, sometimes you just have to go all out. At least that’s what we think Chinese singer Jackson Wang was doing.

For the 28-year-old star, who was recently in Thailand, the best way to show his appreciation to his fans is to, well, get down on both knees to say thank you.

In a video of Jackson that recently went viral, the star was seen walking into a carpark and his fans could be heard cheering for him in the background.

Upon seeing his fans, Jackson's security guards swiftly step forward to protect him.

Jackson then nonchalantly pushes his guards aside, turns towards his fans, and, without warning, goes down on both his knees.

He then puts his hands together to thank the crowd, at the same time shaking off his crew who try to pull him up.

His fans later explained that the singer was thanking them for “waiting for him all night”. It was also said that Jackson was very grateful to the Thai people for showing him the best kind of hospitality during his trip there.

However, there were also fans who claimed that Jackson was drunk that night. 

After the video went viral, some netizens have chastised Jackson’s behaviour, calling it "outrageous".

On the other hand, some netizens also said that Jackson's fans are so lucky to have received that kind of treatment from the star. 

"Many Korean idols would bow to their fans to thank them too," said one such netizen.
