JJ Lin returns to Singapore for record-setting concert
You’ve probably seen the slew of Instagram Story videos posted over the weekend already, with concert-goers sharing snippets of homeboy JJ’s two concerts at the National Stadium.
Apart from having VIPs like Korean girlgroup SNSD’s Tiffany and Mrs Goh Chok Tong in attendance, JJ also set a record, for being the first Asian singer to perform two sold-out shows at the National Stadium.

Hello there! Junyang’s been kept busy on tour with JJ Lin as a back-up singer for JJ's Sanctuary 2.0 World Tour these few months. After a whopping 65 stops (and more to come), he’s finally back in Singapore for the 66th concert.

The cast of My Guardian Angels had to return back to work a day after the Christmas festivities on Boxing Day, but they definitely made sure to still have fun on-set, with this video of Pierre sneaking up on an unsuspecting Zoe to scare her as proof.

Celebrating the Winter Solstice with a piping hot bowl of tangyuan
There’s simply nothing like tucking into a bowl filled with the sweet doughy goodness of tangyuan during Winter Solstice, which fell on Dec 22 this year. Bonus points if they’re handmade, like Fann Wong and Zed’s tangyuan.

Cecilia Cheung holidays in Bangkok with her two younger sons
Cecilia sure is enjoying her year-end break! After holidaying in Singapore earlier this month, the mother-of-three is now in Bangkok, this time, with her two younger sons, Quintus and Marcus. And no, she has yet to reveal the face of baby Marcus, although Cecilia does seem to be more open about her baby prince now, posting a number of snaps and videos of the 1-year-old with his face strategically hidden.

BY2 ends off a successful 2019 with two awards
The duo staged a successful “rebirth" with their appearance on the reality show, The Coming One, earlier this year. Since then, it’s been triumph after triumph for the twins. Congrats!

Dee Hsu’s youngest daughter sure has some unorthodox photoshoot poses
“A genius darling,” Christine cooed in her caption, sharing that Dee’s youngest daughter, 7-year-old Alice, had come up with the idea to do a cartwheel during the photoshoot. Dee’s younger daughters, Lily and Alice had recently taken part in a fashion shoot for Christine Fan’s fashion brand, GENQUO, where they were praised for being as photogenic as Dee.

Chantelle Ng and Rui En meet Xu Bin’s adorable baby son, Ethan
Although it was Chantelle and Rui En’s first meeting with baby Ethan, the baby boy managed to capture the hearts of both actresses, and it seems like the feeling was mutual. In a later post, Chantelle shared that poor Ethan cried up a storm later, when it was time to part ways and head home.
Seems like there’s only one solution for this — more meetups in 2020.

That sure is one way to beat the heat this Christmas
Hong Kong celebs Myolie Wu, Nancy Wu, Paisley Wu, Selena Lee and Elaine Yiu, who went on a girls trip to Maldives in late November sent the internet world buzzing with their many snaps of their idyllic getaway. On Christmas, Paisley uploaded a picture she had been saving for a month, sharing a picture of the girls in their swimsuits with the caption, "”Merry Hot Christmas” Everyone”.

Brendan sure is lucky to have so many doting godmothers! Missing from the gathering of godmothers were Hong Kong actress Selena Lee, who wasn’t present due to work and Hong Kong actress-singer Elaine Yiu, who was stuck at home battling a bout of sickness.

Jeanette Aw completes her Le Cordon Bleu journey — and is brought to tears by a surprise celebration
Congratulations, Jeanette! The actress’s nine-month patisserie journey has ended, with the actress having graduated with a diploma from the famed Le Cordon Bleu school. Later that day, the actress was brought to tears after being surprised with a celebration party, filled with love and affection from her friends, who she got to know after being appointed the ambassador to Takasaki, Japan last year.

The memorial event, which will be held at 3PM on January 5, will serve as a simple gathering for those missing Aloysius, who passed away on January 24 this year after sustaining serious injuries during his reservist training.

Carrie Wong’s VIP experience at dinner
