Here's How Huang Bo Responded To Talk That He’s Having An Affair After He Was Seen Linking Arms With A Woman Who Isn’t His Wife

We guess it must be a pretty stressful time to be a male celebrity right now, what with Wang Leehom’s ultra-dramatic divorce saga seemingly threatening to open the floodgates to more nasty accusations by supposed scorned lovers.
Or, in this case, kaypoh netizens and bloodthirsty media outlets who didn’t have the full story… but still wanted to find someone to crucify and cancel anyway.
Recently, a fan revealed that they had spotted Golden Horse Award-winning Chinese actor Huang Bo at The Bund in Shanghai on New Year’s Eve, and excitedly shared a few sneakily taken pics as proof.
In one of the shots, a woman is seen linking arms with the 47-year-old star, but other netizens quickly pointed out that — dun dun dun — she does not look like his wife Xiao Ou, prompting suspicions that Huang Bo may be having an affair in broad daylight.

Fortunately for Huang Bo, he soon caught wind of the unflattering rumours and wasted no time in debunking them before they could get too out of hand.
On Thursday (Jan 6), he shared a photo of himself and three other people, including his alleged ‘mystery woman’, that appears to have been taken on the same day he was spotted by the fan, judging from their clothing and the Shanghai skyline in the background.
“The Dragon TV New Year’s Eve performance was a success and is number one in ratings, which is worth celebrating! Thank you to my colleagues for your hard work over the years,” he wrote in the caption, adding his well-wishes for everyone in 2022.

Huang Bo also added some text over each person in the wefie explaining who they are and cheekily wrote down their reactions towards his short-lived ‘cheating scandal’.
He labelled himself as “the artiste who can’t do anything else except smile” and the woman as “the female manager who is completely speechless”, revealing that she was simply a member of his staff all along (and that they have absolutely nothing to hide).
The other two men are his “publicist who has to work overtime on New Year’s Day” and his personal assistant.
That’s certainly one way to put nasty rumours to rest
