Hongkong Media Claim Raymond Lam Has Not Added His Wife To The Title Deeds Of His Properties

In a move that surprised, well, no one, Hongkong actor Raymond Lam, 41, announced last December 31 that he and Chinese model Carina Zhang, 30, are now husband and wife.

Since then, many netizens have expressed how envious they are of Carina and how she probably has a cushy life ahead of her since she has married into a wealthy family. In case you don't know, Raymond’s property developer dad is also known as the ‘Li Ka-shing of Xiamen’. Raymond is doing well for himself too, with reports claiming that the actor owns some HK$106mil (S$19.5mil) worth of real estate.

However, Hongkong tabloids recently claimed that Raymond has not added Carina to any of the title deeds of his properties.
